All About Long Island Hockey Events

At Long Island Hockey Events, hockey is more than just a game, it’s a passion, a community, and a powerful platform for change.

Our founders love the sport as much as any true hockey fan. But they also recognized something important: not everyone has equal access to the game or the opportunities that come with it. We believe hockey should be something that brings people together and gives back, not something that feels out of reach. That belief is what drives everything we do.

Our long-term goal is to grow the sport while supporting the communities that help it thrive. Through charity games, player tournaments, and community-driven events, we raise money and awareness for meaningful causes. Some tournaments may benefit a single organization like the Make-A-Wish Foundation, while others may support multiple charities. Every event is built with purpose, and the ideas don’t stop there.

Our story started with one game and one idea. Francis organized an event and saw firsthand the smiles, energy, and impact it created. Chris saw that same potential and realized they could turn one successful event into something much bigger. Together, they got to work and Long Island Hockey Events was born.

What began as a single event has grown into a mission to create lasting change. We are committed to expanding access to the sport, building stronger community connections, and using hockey as a way to make a real difference. And this is only the beginning our vision for the future extends far beyond the rink.

Whether you want to plan a tournament, organize a charity event, partner with us for fundraising, or need help managing every detail from start to finish, we can make it happen. When we run our in-house events, we focus on meaningful causes and create experiences that bring people together for something bigger
