Francis Lucas - Founder/Event Coordinator
Francis has been running small local events for the past three years. He started at the age of 18, running outdoor games along with tournaments and charity games. He played hockey growing up and was surrounded by a family of people who shared the passion for the sport as well. He says "The passion for the sport as well as to help make a difference comes from my father who was going to be apart of the ride but he now watches over me as my guardian angel." Francis plans to make a difference for hockey on Long Island for years to come!

Chris Kraemer - Co-Founder/Hockey Operations Manager
Chris Kraemer brings 14 years of experience in travel hockey as both a player and coach, with a strong foundation in Middle school, Junior varsity, and Varsity school programs. A respected leader on and off the ice, Chris earned three leadership awards and served as a team captain for three seasons. Known for a commitment to player development, teamwork, values and player safety of the game, Chris continues to contribute to hockey through coaching and mentorship at multiple levels.
Albert Citro - Community Outreach Coordinator
From a young age, Albert demonstrated a strong commitment to service and leadership through his involvement with the Boy Scouts of America. Over the years, he dedicated countless hours to community projects, outdoor training, and mentoring younger scouts. His hard work and perseverance culminated in earning the rank of Eagle Scout, an achievement that reflects his dedication, integrity, and commitment to making a positive impact in his community.
In addition to his passion for service, Albert grew up with a deep love for hockey. After years of being a devoted fan of the game, he decided at age 20 to challenge himself by stepping onto the ice for the first time. Starting later than most players only strengthened his determination and work ethic, and hockey quickly became another avenue for growth, resilience, and teamwork.
Through both scouting and sport, he continues to embody leadership, perseverance, and a drive to continually improve himself and serve others.
